Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 2023
By using Link2WhatsApp, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptable Use
Link2WhatsApp provides tools to generate, customize, and track click-to-chat links and QR codes. You agree to use these tools only for lawful, legitimate business or personal communication. You are solely responsible for the content of the pre-filled messages and the destinations of the links you generate.
2. Abuse and Malicious Links
You are strictly prohibited from using Link2WhatsApp to:
- Distribute spam, unsolicited marketing, or phishing campaigns.
- Mask the destination of malicious websites or malware.
- Harass, threaten, or defraud individuals.
- Attempt to bypass our rate limits or abuse our APIs (e.g., creating thousands of automated links).
Our service restricts link destinations exclusively to official WhatsApp domains (wa.me, api.whatsapp.com). Any attempt to bypass this restriction to create an open redirector is a violation of these terms.
3. Account Termination and Link Disabling
We reserve the right to monitor links generated on our platform. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that a link violates our Acceptable Use policy, we will immediately disable the link.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate the account of any user found violating these terms, without prior notice or refund. If you encounter a malicious link using our service, please use our contact page to report abuse.
4. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Link2WhatsApp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not liable for any lost revenue, missed leads, or damages resulting from the temporary unavailability of our redirect servers.
5. Affiliation
Link2WhatsApp is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. "WhatsApp" is a registered trademark of WhatsApp LLC.
