How does link tracking work?
When you use our Campaign Tracker, we give you a short link. When a customer clicks it, they briefly pass through our server where we log their geographic location, device type, and the time, before instantly redirecting them to WhatsApp.
What happens if I make a typo in my phone number?
If the phone number doesn't exist on WhatsApp, the user will see an error inside the WhatsApp app stating the number is invalid. Always test your links and QR codes before printing them or launching ads!
Can I edit a QR code after it's been printed?
If you used a standard static QR code, no. However, if you created an account and used our Dynamic QR Code tracking feature, you can log into your dashboard and change the destination phone number at any time without having to reprint the code.
